Job Summary:
The Sports Legal Counsel is responsible for providing legal advice and support to the sports management team. This role requires a deep understanding of sports law and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The Sports Legal Counsel will contribute to the development and implementation of legal strategies to protect the organization's interests and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to the sports management team on a wide range of legal issues pertaining to sports activities, contracts, and agreements.
- Review, draft, and negotiate various sports-related contracts, including sponsorship agreements, athlete contracts, licensing agreements, and venue agreements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to sports activities, including but not limited to antitrust laws, intellectual property laws, labor laws, and privacy laws.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify legal risks and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on sports law developments and provide recommendations to the sports management team.
- Assist in the resolution of disputes and legal conflicts related to sports activities, including arbitration, mediation, and litigation processes.
